Job Details -
- Salary - £30K + Commission + Annual Bonus & Quarterly Bonus (Depending on performance)
- Company car
- Location - Stirling
- Working hours - Monday - Friday, 8am - 4pm/9am - 5pm
- Work conditions - Hybrid (1 day onsite) / In the beginning there will be more onsite required to ensure you are trained

Candidate requirements -
- Proven experience in a similar role (open to various industries)
- Possesses a well-established network in Scotland and enjoys continuously building that network (central belt)
- Experienced in identifying and qualifying potential leads through various channels
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills to engage with prospects, build relationships, and convert leads into sales opportunities
- Genuine enthusiasm for delivering outstanding customer service and tailored solutions for clients
- Ability to engage with a diverse clientele (all levels up to C-Suite/Directors)
- Right to work in the UK as sponsorship is not offered
Candidate responsibilities -
- Driving business growth by implementing diverse methods for both business development and lead generation
- Building a strong network of industry contacts, partners, and stakeholders to leverage business opportunities and referrals
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing and potential clients to understand their needs
- Negotiating terms with clients to secure new business and achieve mutually beneficial agreements ensuring their specific needs are met
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams such as marketing and operations to align business development efforts with overall company goals
- Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing client concerns, resolving issues promptly, and delivering exceptional service.
- Attending various networking events and client meetings
