Meet Jackie, the Founder of Shields Talent. She has been working in recruitment since 2016 and has a real passion for the tech industry.

Throughout her career, Jackie has worked with many exciting clients, ranging from early-stage startups to established companies. Her commitment to understanding their specific needs and goals has led to exceptional client feedback and long lasting relationships.

One of Jackie's top priorities is the candidate experience. Her dedication has led to numerous successful placements and glowing feedback from candidates who value her thoughtful, organised approach to recruitment.
